Walking Dead Collectibles
The fear of the zombie came back and come back bigger than ever with the most recent zombie thriller, The Walking Dead. Adopted originally from a comic book produced by Robert Kirkman, Charles Adlard and Tony Moore, the current 2010 zombie thriller with a twist has managed to smash nearly every record and reached more than approximately 7 million annual viewers throughout its four seasons. Pleasing viewers and critics alike with its one of a kind storyline, everything about the show including the collectors value of The Walking Dead action figures has increased considerably within the short duration it has been aired.

Run-through of The Walking Dead

The plot of The Walking Dead starts with former Sheriff's deputy Rick Grimes getting up from a coma to find the world overrun by zombies and he is the lone survivor. When he reaches his home trying to understand what has been going on for the months he had been unconscious, he finds an empty home and recognizes that his wife and son have gone missing. This then starts his journey towards Atlanta in a desperate attempt to find his family, but instead of finding his family, he his welcomed by an army of zombies.

As he narrowly manages to avoid getting killed, he is rescued by a fellow survivor Glenn who leads him out to the outskirts of the city to a safety camp, where Rick is reunited with his family. As he is brought up to date about the entire scenario of what occurred during the time he was unconscious, he discovers that he has to help his team to find a safe haven where they can be safe. During this journey, not only does Rick and his team combat armies of "walker" and "biter" zombies, but also fellow teams of surviving human beings who are competing for the limited resources available.
